*nod* I have to say, though, even though the Wowwiki page is titled Making a macro, I don't really find it useful as a how-to, more as a reference/"these things are possible" guide. No Stock UI also has a recent article on the topic, although most of its focus is getting multiple abilities on one button plus modifiers.

Frankly, though, I've found the best way to go about it is start from "I want a macro that does X", and take the time to experiment. Sometimes you come up with a winner, sometimes you wind up with click-binds like:


(yes, that works, but it's not actually terribly useful)

Obviously, it's an approach that works better for those of us with more time on our hands.. but hey, I have that.
