Post Raiding signups
I know that having players sign up in advance for raid events - whether as available or not-available - greatly helps the raid organizers, but it would also be helpful for me as a player if the raid planners could also post confirmations asap. If I am not able to get into a raid spot on a given week, I would prefer to have more than 24 hours notice to make plans for that night. Could we have confirmations done by Sunday at the latest? (That might not fill all spots, but it might encourage people to sign up a couple days in advance as well, which probably helps the raid leaders.)

Also, could we have the regular raid signups posted more than a week (sometimes its even only been a couple of days) before the event? I have only seen this as an issue towards the end of the month, but this also goes back to not being able to sign up in a timely manner if there is nothing to sign up for.

Thanks

At this point, I will move the raid assignments up to the night before. I've been doing it the morning before, but I understand that isn't incredibly useful for some people. I won't be movign it back to Sunday as there are people that won't know their schedules until Monday, and I like to give people as much time as possible.

In regards to when the raids are posted, I do them at the end of the month for the entire month. There's a number of reasons for this, the main being that creating raids for the next month is 2 more very long steps to add the raids. I'll be sure to have the raids up the week before.
